MANDATORY REGISTRATION FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS / COACHES

THESE MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE SEASON BEGINS!

ALL volunteers and coaches MUST complete the following in order to participate with TYHA.  This includes Board members, coaches, assistants, helpers, and all volunteers.

Consent To Be Screened

All MWAHA coaches, team managers, referees, locker room monitors, board members & billet (housing) families are required to fill out an online Consent to Screen form. It should only take about 5 minutes. Please check on the following link to register. Access the link and then click APPLY FOR POSITION to begin the process.

USA Hockey SAFESPORT

MWAHA requires ALL volunteers that will have access to any child/player to participate and complete the SAFESPORT training BEFORE they can work with the children/players. This must be completed every 2 seasons.
